Job Title:             Junior Industrial Designer

Location:            Sandyford, Dublin

Junior Industrial designer position available with the Pop Company in Sandyford, Dublin. This would suit a graduate with 1-2yrs experience preferable within the retail industry.

Working closely with the existing industrial and graphic design team you will be required to develop new display products and interiors for the food and beverage sector in Ireland and UK. You will have an excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working in a fast paced design studio and will take direction very well. You must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Proficiency with Solidworks is a must to produce technical drawings for manufacturing and photorealistic renderings. Good working knowledge of Adobe CS suite is also preferable. You should be a good communicator with an ability to interact at all levels of management. You must have full drivers license.

Position: Interior Architect /Designer

Location: Co.Meath

Be Design is a successful, versatile and motivated design practice seeking a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious Interior Architect/Designer for our Meath Office.

The right person MUST have a min of 3 year experience in the Hospitality Sector. You will be responsible for your own projects as well as expected to work closely for and with the design team, and be expected to take direction & instruction where required.

You will manage your own drawing work, be capable of making on-site decisions, and will have the ability to use either Photo Shop or Corel as well as Auto Cad.

This position is on a 6 months contract, starting immediately, leading to a full-time position if successful.

The Applicant must have:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • At least 3 yrs. experience in the Hospitality Sector.
  • Be creative and design lead, and understand the need of detailing.
  • Capable of working within deadlines, and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Have experience of working on-site, and of project managing from start to finish, and control costs/budgets.
  • Proficient in AutoCad, MS Office, Excel, and PhotoShop/Corel, with Sketch-up and Adobe Illustrator an advantage.
  • Must have a full driving licence and own car

The Abbey Theatre is seeking an energetic and highly creative individual to join the communication team as a Graphic Designer.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a creative organisation, alongside directors, writers and a diverse mix of theatre professionals to create print and digital material to represent the Abbey Theatre brand and reputation nationally and internationally.
